Hi I have exp 2 years and tc of 14 lpa and in new offer in aisera startup company(I rejected previous recruiter reached out) I told hr multiple times during our calls that my expectations are over 30-40% hike to current TC and director is lowballing saying your tc went up due to our previous offer only and offering only +1 to current tc and when I said its low and so he keeps on saying systen is not accepting and so on. For the same role in the same company the range in us was 90k to 120k Should I discuss with them that below this I cannot or straight away reject the offer as its far too low. Current TC : 14 lpa fixed Informed HR on expectations: 30-40% on current TC i.e., 18-20 lpa Director offering: 15 lpa (fixed/variable not known)
