Whats the ideal TC for Software engineer 2 position in seattle . Glassdoor says 91k which seems to be pretty low. I have about 4 years of experience.

90k is what former interns make when they return as fte. Between salary, stock, and bonus, $120k should be easy.

You can ask your recruiter what the range is. Don't be afraid to ask questions, or to negotiate if you get an offer.

SE 2 with 4 years should be getting around : 100k base, bonus at 5-7k, stocks/year at 10k. So TC at 115-120.
