Cleared interview for a Group TPM Manager (managing 6-10 TPMs) position at Facebook. Now recruiter is moving conversation to compensation. How much should I ask for in base/stock/bonus/sign on? What is the typical level below director? 12 yoe, 320 tc
L6 or L7? My guess is anywhere between 350-475 all in depending on level

Base around 250k, grants 500k. Bonus is 20%

Just don't go to Core Data in Infra, they are a revolving door and can't keep their TPMs for longer than a year for the past 3+ years. Everyone leaves. It's a career dead end.
