$148,000 150k/4 10% bonus no sign on TC: ~200k Menlo Park I expected higher numbers across the board but especially on equity and base. The base is lower than what I currently make. Current TC: 180k yoe: 3.5 thoughts? / Update: negotiated up to 250 160 200/4 10% bonus 25k sign on
That is bad, stock should be at least double. Maybe they are lowballing people at the moment because more people are in a job search following COVID downsizing.
This was my suspicion as well. Where would you expect some of these numbers to normally fall?

Whats your YOE ? 148k base sounds like its for 2-3 years experience ICT. Plus no sign on is a bummer.

Where "lowballing" is over 4x the average us HOUSEHOLD income paid to someone with 3 years designing product.

Marginally. Base from 138 to 142 and equity from 80 to 90.

Got a verbal that I passed the process a couple weeks ago, and got my verbal offer last week.
