FB M1 / M2 Engineering PDF Prep Guide
Can anyone share the PDF Prep guide that Facebook recruiters share for M1/M2 Engineering manager interview? I would like to take a few months to prepare first before I apply. I'm not sure where to start so if I can see this guide to know what's expected, that would be great I can dm you an email address. thank you :) tc 253k. went from engineer to technical pm at ibm. then i moved to engineering manager at ibm.
How many years as manager?
2.7 yoe as engineering manager
Might not be enough coming from a non big tech company. Generally they want 5 years
I'm interviewing and was able to push my onsite out 7 weeks and that's a month into the process (after the phone screen)
