FB PMs: tips on execution framework?
Received strong signals for everything except for execution for FB on-site (leveling unknown atm). FB’s requesting for a makeup round for execution and I really want to nail this. Please help this dude who’s just inches from entering in the door. Any frameworks, specific signals I need to hit, etc. would help. To help others, I usually state the mission/goals, clarify the motivations, go into user journey, state pros/cons for each step metrics (or blended), and revise at the end if applicable to show I’m willing to admit mistakes and change. Doesn’t seem to work well for trade-offs, “list top 5 north stars” etc type Qs YOE: 9 TC: 🥜

Unknown yet, but most likely L5/6 ish based on YOE
