How are FB Privacy Infrastructure teams? Wlb, learning opportunities wise ? I may get an offer in the near future. I am interested in a role where I get to learn a lot. I am ready to work more, but don't want to ruin wlb completely forever. Current TC: 210k Yoe: 4
It’s a new and growing team
Hmm, much needed with the security breaches in the past couple years. Is it interesting work though?
Yes if you care about protecting user privacy
It's the Hot Shiny here that leadership is into. Good place to get visibility for a few years then hop to another team or company

Question about women in their 30’s?
If you like Facebook (the product) then you should take it. If you don’t, you’ll probably hate the job, work a lot, and probably question why you are doing the work you are doing.
Is this specific for the privacy Infrastructure teams ?
Not really, but generally for product areas in general. Also do you find privacy work interesting? If not, I’d definitely pass.
