FB Sign on bonus?
Received an offer from FB Singapore E3. I wanna know if FB gives sign on bonus part of the compensation? T.C - 144K S$ #leetcode
They do. However, with the current economy they are probably not inclined to give one anymore without a competing offer.
I see. I do have a competing offer with slightly lesser base pay but they give sign on bonus. Can I request for sign on?
Go to the company that gives you a sign on and tell them to at least match FB base. Then take the updated offer to FB and tell them that you would like them to beat the sign on of the other company. Then join FB.
Does this include stocks or 100% base?
OP would you like to share your background (e.g. new grad)? FB university hiring should've concluded long time ago, I'm just curious.
