FB TPM interview Menlo Park
Guys, I had an onsite yesterday at FB for TPM role.5 out of 6 interviews went really well. All the interviewers said they loved my answers and the passion I showed. But the software engg who came to check my tech challenge didnt seem too interested in the problem I explained him. Didnt actually bombed this interview but looks like he was looking for more. What are my chances?
Iām not saying you didnāt perform well but donāt just count on comments from the interview itself. :)
Was in the same boat last week.. the soft engg guy seemed immature n impatient sad that he was even in a decision making position at all.had good connect with other 5 ppl. I got a reject. I believe they are quick to reject in like about 2 working days and you receive response by 3 rd day. If it goes past this timeline for you I would think itās positive. Also I believe being from FAANG can give you some advantage since you might be already speaking thr language.
My 2 working days are done. Hope Monday they dont come back with a No

Keep in mind interviewers will be encouraging regardless of whether you are giving good signals or not. They should have an answer in a week or so.
