FB Vs Amazon Vs Microsoft Levels
I worked at Microsoft and now at Amazon and have an offer with FB. What is equivalent of an L6 Non Tech role level be in FB? Will L5 be a downgrade?

Amazon L6 = FB/G E5 = MSFT 64/65.

Amazon L6 is pretty wide. MSFT 65 is principal ~= fresh E6 at G/FB. Amazon L6 = MSFT 63/64/65 FB/G E5 = MSFT 63/64 Edit: nvm, that’s tech mapping, OP is asking about non-tech, no clue in this case.

65 very rarely joins as E6. L63 almost never joined as E5. I have done over 50 interviews
