FB WFH benefits
Joining FB next week. Any perks or benefits related to WFH that I should be aware of ? I m aware of headphones reimbursement, but not sure how much it is. TC 300
Do they have headphone reimbursement? I thought they just pay 2k and let you buy what you want.
They pay $1000 WFH allowance per year out of which you would receive $600 in your first paycheck. Rest of them goes to Uncle Sam. Not sure about headphone reimbursement separately. Mostly, it’s all part of this $600 which you can use for whatever you want to buy. Also, you will get your internet bill reimbursement until the office opens 100%
No there isn't a headphone reimbursement anymore. There was a flat wfh stipend but you needed to be an employee of the company at that point to get a payout. Giving return to office is in a month or so, I don't think we're helping out new hires on their wfh setup
Aren’t the offices scheduled to open up only at 50% capacity? Does that not mean that people can come in the office only on certain days? In that case , wouldn’t people need a WFH setup at least for couple days a week? I am a Fb noob and starting soon, genuinely curious as to what the opening up policy is.
