E track - Engineering (software or SRE equivalent) IC - Individual Contributor There is a significant equity disparity between the two, and a smaller base salary disparity.

Also, greatly depends if the role is in Menlo Park, or at a data center.
My guess is, salary will be the bands for Ic track. (Not e track)
