I had an onsite recently for New Grad on FB and there were 3 interviews - 2 coding ones and 1 behavioural. I think I did well on the coding ones (got asked up to medium difficulty questions), however I didn't do that well on the behavioural one. Is behavioural round much more important than the remaining interviews for New Grads?
Behavioral is incredibly important. Everyone at Facebook has a high EQ and is socially well adjusted. It starts with the CEO.
Why did I not know this earlier :( I had no idea and I wasn't prepared for behavioral at all
@Axtria: This is probably sarcasm
