Network engineer got L5 offer from Amazon in Seattle below Base: 140 Equity: 96 RSU Bonus: 70+ 50 FB offer is E5 in VA on their new data center. Base: 158 Equity: 160K( was told this is lower for someone not SDE) Bonus: 15% Both teams are good and interesting work which I like. Cost of living is cheaper in Virginia though. Heard FB WLB is much better. Any suggestions?

Just commenting on the WLB part, I'd say ask someone working on the team/org you're joining. Amazon is so big that WLB really varies from team to team. My team really values it so I think I'm better off in that aspect than most in the company
You should pick based on location here. Seattle and the DC area are very different beasts. If you prefer a walking, city-nature lifestyle then pick Seattle.

The scale at which amazon works is no where in comparison to FB. Few years in Amazon and you can get an offer in any company.
