FB partner engineer
I got an offer from Meta(FB) also I have different SDE offer as well. Anyone working as PE here? my concern is I am not sure how to evaluate this opportunity. I have SDE offer that around 280 and they said they will match or beat it. Depends, what company is the SDE offer with?
its small company I don't want to disclose name but initial offer was 245 and I said hmmm and 3 days later came with 280 but not really triggered.
