I see people saying they work for g, fb. But in the end it is via some consultancy like HCL, Accenture or some shit. Curious as to how this works? Do these teams actually do core development? Tc - 145k

Yup. That's me. Not sure about other teams but for I work in test. You can imagine how menial the job actually is.
