FB vs Google L5 PM Offer - Advice?
Offer numbers approximately (base/equity/sign-on bonus): 1. Facebook - 198, 400, 50 - Recruiter says it's their final offer. It's with the messenger team. 2. Google - 185, 600, 50 - There is room for negotiation since I am still in the process of finding a matching team. The matching has been going rather slowly and I have had trouble finding a team that's a mutual match. Questions: 1. Advice in general on Google vs. Facebook? 2. Insights on Messenger team at Facebook? 3. Tips on how to negotiate better equity at Facebook?
