Concurrent H1b
I work for Deloitte and they stopped my PERM processing due to heavy recent layoffs and not sure when they will resume it. Can I file concurrent H1b and work only 10 hours with a different employer? And file PERM with them? I have checked with the immigration attorney and he said that’s ok to do it. I have these questions 1. What if Deloitte finds out 2 does YTD salary matter to Deloitte if I get my pay from a different employer? TC- 128k #h1b #workvisa #perm #I140
Why not transfer completely to new employer? Whole perm process anyways takes around 2 years now
I can do that as well, but due to pay I’m thinking of sticking with Deloitte. If I change to a different employer not sure how long will it take to crack a job due to bad market conditions
You'll definitely make more than 128k at any other company. Didn't know deloitte pays so less
