My friend interviewed with Expedia and the recruiter told her that the performance bonus was cut since Covid. The TC is salary and stock only. The recruiter said maybe one day, performance bonus will be brought back but not sure when. Is it true ?

Just curious: If bonus is already in the salary, how many % the salary will increase each year ? Normally, it is 2-3% for other companies which separate bonus out
