Concur vesting when acquired?
I work at Qualtrics which just got bought by SAP. We're all speculating what will happen to our unvested shares. Figured Concur is a good comparison since they also got bought by SAP. What happened to your unvested shares in this case?
Weren't they going to do an IPO?
Concur went public in 1998 and was acquired by SAP after it was public
It depends on how the deal is structured. Can be very different.
OP - do you know how many shares they have right now? And dilutions in past 2 years. Trying to calculate what my offer of 40k RSU is worth today.

When was your offer made? There was a stock split very recently. Right now vested RSUs are being cashed out at $35.

All my concur RSUs vested at once. Good: I was rich for a year. Bad: I paid a fuck ton in taxes
Concur doesn’t offer stock options. So easy answer.
They had RSUs when they were purchased in 2014 though.
