I was on put on pip and i am close to my pip end date. I have already applied for fmla but it hasn’t been approved yet. Can i be terminated if my fmla does not get approved before by pip end date?
Call the wage and hour division of the department of labor in your city/state. Report this. You have a right to a timely decision.

You can get terminated during FMLA. It's not some magic shield.
