FMLA on PIP
I was on put on pip and i am close to my pip end date. I have already applied for fmla but it hasn’t been approved yet. Can i be terminated if my fmla does not get approved before by pip end date?
Call the wage and hour division of the department of labor in your city/state. Report this. You have a right to a timely decision.

Wow - does DoorDash also have this shit culture? Did your manager tell you why you were put on pip. Trying to learn from these experiences.
You can get terminated during FMLA. It's not some magic shield.
