Microsoft is pretty good with a bad pay. Amazon is pretty bad with a good pay .. Tough choice .. (I am saying good/bad from employee perspective)

WTF - I don’t care abt that if I get paid 200K vs 400K .. CEO’s change but you will take 10 yrs in the same company to reach 400K from 200K .. Amazon is bad for employees but otherwise pay for anything less than L65 in microsoft is very bad..
Life is not all about pay…that extra pay can cost you valuable family time that you can not get back for any amount of pay

I have worked at both in the past. Microsoft if you want a life outside work. Amazon if you want a real TC and learn alot quickly.
Good question. Amazon has a higher bar for staff, but we have super poor leadership. Satya is a boss!

Microsoft is becoming LITE version of Amazon. At least Amazon pays well. Microsoft cultural has become shit now, more works,lot of politics, backstabbing, low increments, unofficial stack ranking , low refrehser, Satya bullshit do more with less is finally showing
