Convoy - ok?
I’m interviewing for a non-technical but relatively senior level job at Convoy. Current Convoy employees, what do you think of the company? The leadership? Work-life balance? The future value of your stock options? Thanks!

I’ve had several friends recently interview there. One of them had a really bad experience with the HM when he told him that he was accepting another offer. The HM acted very unprofessionally and basically told him that he was making a mistake and the company he picked over Convoy sucks. Seems like there are some people who drink the Convoy kool-aid hard, but other than that as far as startup goes it seems like an okay place.
Did you take the role? Also what is the job level hierarchy?
How come?
