Kyndryl Spain Experience

I was at IBM & got transferred to Kyndryl. First thing I did was short the Kyndryl stock soon after its IPO, its over 70% down for 40$ to 10$ so a good move. Was a no brainer as its just a spin off to try and elevate the IBM stock price, its well known IBM have magicians playing the books every report time. Kyndryl has lost thousands of customers since the spin off, hence the stock tanking but it really looks like its bottoming out now and could be a good buy as its now undervalued for sure. Still big players like Citadel have huge short positions on Kyndryl but overall percentage decreasing. Second - I'm international working in a 100% Spanish team 100% remote, from day 1, 100% discrimination for speaking Spanish with an English accent, even though I have both nationalities and am totally fluent. Told multiple times they were not comfortable working with someone not from Spain. 1st manager did not speak to me for a year until we met at the office and got on really well, laughing and joking in Spanish, unfortunately he left the team afterwards. Local management who can't speak English well, were insecure with dealing with international employee with experience in other areas ie proprietary businesses & financial trading / tech who just wanted less pressure and the Spanish tomar algo lifestyle for a while. Other companies in the country are not all like this, I worked at Google before in the country and had no issues, only fun, loads of young really really capable international & Spanish/Catalan people there, only issue was a bit of a heavy drug culture kind of entered the workplace culture too much which was not my thing. Result - 1st year under IBM, one nasty project to do for 5-6 months, inherited from someone who left abruptly, no handover, useless project manager who knew nothing of his project, loads of pressure from Accenture project managers also who knew nothing and software product that was unfinished. All ended when I went on holiday and a manager from Portugal got involved, put someone to cover the work who could not do it, disrespected me in a meeting trying to pin blame on me when he thought I couldn't speak Spanish, I then tore him to pieces and got myself off the project, everyone saw the advert not try that again. Straight after that I got a new Kyndryl contract water bottle and cap. They didn't send me the Xmas hamper though but that's ok. Since then got paid to do practically nothing everyday for 1.5 years & I did try to get involved and earn my pay too, but just ignored by management, that was perfect. Instead I used the time to renovate an ancient central city flat from back to brick during work hours myself with my girl & a friend adding 150 - 200k of value & took a little advantage of volatility in the markets due to the Ukraine Russian war but that was too risky & stressful to do as good as my Kyndryl short.
