Facebook - Improvements in 6 months
I got rejected by Facebook for software engineer I position. I was told it was close but they want me to try again in 6 months when they’ll have me go through one interview only to decide. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, how and how much can someone improve in 6 months in terms of experience and skills?

Same happened with me. Next time I cleared. After the first attempt you will get a rough idea on the type of questions asked and you can have focused preperation for the next attempt
Yes Common...You did good...otherwise typical recommendation is to try again after 12 months
Will your past interview feedback have bearing on future ones? Will they check if you were able to address the past weakness?
