If you’re an engineer they’ll have you do whiteboard leetcode questions. They’ll be checking for a cultural fit too. Be yourself but be outgoing.) • Hiring committee Review • Hack Project (creatives positions only) • Hack Presentation / second on-site (creatives) • Hiring Committee Review • Executive Review • Team Matching • Reference Check • Compensation Committee • VP approval • Offer • Enter the gates of Valhalla Best suggestion is to be outgoing, but to be yourself. Tell life stories, tell jokes, be your human-self that’s relatable. Questions will be like why you want to work at facebook, your aspirations, describe a project you failed at and what did you learn from it, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc. Double check glassdoor for questions in detail.
