Facebook Data Science Manager TC
I'm prepping for a phone screen for a DS Manager (product analytics) M1 at FB MPK. Does anyone have data on TC? I've read a few places that it's similar to an M1 in engineering but ~50% on equity. That makes me think something like 200k base, 20% bonus, 400k RSU and 50k sign on for a TC ~390k. Does that sound reasonable?
yes data scientists/engineers have the same base but ~60% of SWE equity

Is a DS manager 5 similar to a Data Scientist IC5 in terms of salary? And DS manager level 6 similar to Data Scientist IC6?

You've read that equity is half of EMs? Like M1 gets 800k RSU?

I followed that link. Why is it that M1 and 4 levels higher, VP1 make a similar amount. Something seems off or am I missing something?
