What number should I expect for Facebook E4 offer in Seattle ? recruiter is asking for my expectation. YOE 5.

I am yet to find a compelling reason to give a number to a recruiter before an offer is made.
It could just save one roundtrip. If you dont give a target, recruiter will lowball, and then you tell them your number, then they match.. why not skip the initial lowball part?

150k base, 250k RSU, 30k sign-on bonus.
That's about 240k for the first year. Sounds too low for Fb.
More like 255k for the first year, which is above median for E4 at FB. Keep in mind that it can go way up in the following years depending on perf.
