190/400/50 Is this decent package? Should I be negotiating better? Have 10+ years experience mostly in low level system software.
I've seen TCs between 350-400k at E5. There might be some room there.

I think that tc is on the higher side. With refreshers and some stock growth you ll hit 400k/yr in no time
For 10 YOE I think the stock package is low.
Stock is low. Should be possible to get 600k RSU at least.

I asked for TC of 470k in the past, and the recruiter said it’s out of range for E5.
