Having it next week. Decided to split it into 2 consecutive days. Sunday - 2 coding rounds + behavioral Monday - system design Following, recruiter’s advice, where an in domain problem related to streaming would be presented, I decided to put all my eggs on a real time streaming question(implement YouTube/ Netflix or a video conference app;Zoom). Going through grokking system design, there is no way I could follow all the steps and techniques during a real interview. If at the beginning I was afraid from the coding rounds, now I’m afraid of everything. For the coding rounds I did almost all top FB questions including top 100 frequently asked which change every other weekend based on users input. I decided to revisit all of these but seems I’ve been forgetting some solving techniques or particular edge cases. Has anyone felt prepared for his interview? #facebook
Some of us live outside US / EU :)
Yeah I'll admit I'm pretty ignorant on work weeks in other parts of the world, other than knowing that Israel works Sundays
You’ve got that one right :)
Good luck. Just stop at wherever you are and go back and revise what you have done. It’s very important to do that. Some problems are like if you don’t know the solution you will not be able to solve
