Facebook Meta E4 vs Lyft T4
I'm really confused about which one to pick between these offers Meta E4 (recruiter said this is the max offer for E4) TC: 375.25 (175 + 27.75 (annual bonus) + 104 (stock per year) + 70 (joining)) Lyft T4 (recruiter said this is top of the band) TC: 381.5 (181 + 140 (base stock) + 60.5 (joining: 52 stock 8.5 cash)) Both offers are for Seattle. My goal: Growth/Promotion Learning Non-toxic WLB YoE: 4.5 Current TC: NA (I'm a student right now) Please vote! #meta #lyft #facebook #offerreview
Congrats! I’d select based on which product and team you like more. Have heard meta has bad WLB, not sure about Lyft. Btw, can you share interview experience?

Hey congrats on the offers buddy! For lyft, did you interview for T4 or interviewed for T5 and was offered T4? Asking because I'm interview for T4 and wondering if I can make top of the band or at least close to it by directly interviewing for T4 or whether that's only achievable if you interview for T5. Also how was the onsite?
Thank you! In my case, I wasn’t really told a level I’d interview for. The level is decided based on the System Design round. Prepare really well for that one if you want to try and get approved for T5.
