Facebook No Headcount for Level
Hey anyone here get their onsite cancelled due to headcount being reached at FB NYC? I could’ve interviewed but no offer until they have headcount again (possibly eoy) according to recruiter. Anyone here experienced this at other companies or at facebook? Just curious, at the end of the day I think it was good/respectable they let me know before I spent a day interviewing at their office. Obviously still a bummer cause I took a lot of time to prep and took the day off work.
I was told that FB doesn’t have headcount for E4 level in Seattle
Same for Palo Alto and Seattle.
What is E4 compared to other places
Yes. Was told this for product leadership positions a week or two ago.
Time to move on to other companies in your job search. Not a good sign.
My recruiter said the same and didnt schedule my onsite.

I got an onsite at FB NYC next week. Was thinking about rescheduling. Now I fear my interview will also get cancelled if I postpone it lol. You know what level you were gonna interview for?
I am assuming it was E4 I have 3 yoe but not 100% sure.
