Facebook Onsite - Recruiter Call?
Recruiter said I have passed the technical screen and wanted to invite me onsite. They mentioned they wanted to chat next week for an hour and I’d need access to wifi/my computer. What exactly is this? I’m a little confused. I thought it’d just be chatting for a few about logistics.
I’m a recruiter. They might be sending you prep materials that they want to walk you through. I can’t say for sure but I’ve done this in the past. I’ll guide you through some onsite prep information and show you good resources while we’re on the phone.
Is it possible to skip phone interview these days?
