Trying to game the interview process to land at M2 without appropriate experience?
Why you think so? Knowing org structure passes you interviews? Every company has a specific structure so itβs a curious question. Also will add current role is VP with 250+ in org but while talking to recruiter she said D1 mostly offered to internal promos and saying be open to either M1 or M2 hence asking.
We hire plenty of D1. Your current org size is more than most D1 inside FB. However I also know plenty of non-faang directors and VPs that came in at M1 and M2 even with 100+ size orgs at their old jobs. M1 - 8 to 25 M2 - 30 to 80 D1 - 80 to 300 From my casual observations Anyway. Sorry for my initial comment, blind is filled with people trying to fake their experience to land level N+1 offers
