Apparently, the issue won’t be resolved in anytime soon. The DOJ judge of the case is a Trump ally My situation is on 1st year H1B Extension (cap expires June 2024), filed PERM 2020 October. No Priority Date reserved yet Haven’t prepared interview/LC for 3 years. Yoe 4 TC 310k Next step #
Can anyone explain more what is this PERM issue?
PERM is preliminary step for you to apply GreenCard. PERM approved equals you fixed a position in the GreenCard waiting queue. Working Visa also won’t be extended after 6 yrs if you don’t have PERM approved.. So for immigrants, it’s as important as working VISA. Especially for people born in China and India who have to wait in queue for GreenCard

Companies won’t interview you before getting your h1b extended. Ask Fb to extend your visa for another 3 yrs
