How is the PIP culture in Facebook Seattle? Is it really as bad as people make it sound on Blind? EDIT: Also, please dont compare to Amazon. Amazon is no where near as bad as people make it seem.
Does it vary based on office location ?
Compared to Amazon?
Everyone that asks about being PIPed usually gets PIPed.
Ppl who respond to PIP posts from a different company are the one who have already been PIPed 😂
I know this is a shit post but there is some truth to this. There's usually a reason, even if you're only semi conscious of it, that you're so interested in this type of thing.
Are you expecting to learn something new, in particular, from the last 200 or so threads discussing this topic?
I maybe. If ppl like you stop commenting BS on posts that are not even relevant to their company
PIP is for bottom 7-10% is what I heard. Is that high? Don't know. Avoid being in bottom 10% ;)
PIP culture... jfc
Imagine being so doubtful of your abilities that you need to ask about PIP even before interviewing. Didn’t even bother joining. That attitude will 100% get you PIPed within two half’s if you somehow even make it past the phone screen and on-site.
It's stressful enough even without pip
probably less political than at amazon. amazon has those LPs that are just political tools for managers.
There are good and bad orgs at Amazon. It's usually new-to-Amazon managers who use the LP's that way.
Being seeing the same post over and over. Let me see what people.say as usual
