Kinda hilarious that stripe has a pip culture given how self righteous their employees are on Twitter
To be fair a lot of them are early employees or managers. It used to not be so bad. And Stripe is a manager's paradise. One day people will say "don't hire tenured stripe managers"
everyone i've talked to at stripe says it's extremely stressful. but then again people say that at fb. and i'm at amazon. so i'm really no help here
