Facebook PM Total comp (L5)
What should be expected from FB offer in terms of salary, sign on, RSUs, etc. ?

DBVn66 Mar 1, 2018Are you l5 or ic5? I got a ic5 offer, total around 275k which I thought is low. Esp on the rsu as I hear eng got 2x that.
People will come here insisting 600k in stock (which is what eng gets), but most PM offers I've seen are around the 180-190 salary, 280-320 stock, 25-50 sign range for FB E5.
Is this irrespective of location?
