What is the default yearly refresher for an IC5/E5? And what is the vesting schedule like?
Target for meeting expectations is 120k over 4 years. Exceeding expectations gets 25% more, greatly exceeding gets 2x, and redefining expectations gets 3x.
I don't know where you guys get these numbers from. The target for E6 is not 200. It is just that the company was doing good and people were on average getting that. That is not the target as per formula.
