What is the performance review system like at Facebook? Do they force a small % employees into low ratings during reviews? Does peer feedback play a huge factor?
True, curves are everywhere. But are they more aggressive with cutting low performers.
I don't think so, but they have a pretty fast paced, intense work culture - don't think low performers would last long.
