Facebook SWE onsite next week
Got FB onsite next week. Kind of worried on the system design interview. People who had onsite recently any tips? I could only go through Grokking the system design. That's it. Also could only practice on LC FB tagged Medium Easy and a few Hard questions. Is it enough? I am having thoughts on rescheduling. :( Please Help!
2 leetcode per round, first is easy second is medium 45 min
What about System design? Was yours Product/API design or Distributed systems design?
Clarify the level you are interviewing for. The design bar for e5 is pretty high. You won’t pass with just theoretical experience. We are more lax with 4s.
How do I know what level I am being interviewed for? The recruiter never mentioned that in any of the emails. Should I ask the recruiter?

Generally speaking, unless you are specialized in a very particular domain, you will be asked questions like "how do you design the photo uploading system of Instagram".
