Hi, Please help me decide which to take based on tech/ culture/ growth. I'm relocating from UK to SG. They both offered same relocation and signon bonus. TC calculation seems a bit off, given the huge difference in RSU.
Updated, I was considering relocation package for Zendesk earlier.
I think relocation is one time only payment .. Facebook RSU is yearly as you keep getting refreshers and Facebook is better on resume I would take FB .. congratulations

OP, take Facebook as it’s better on your resume, gives more TC (over time as well because of refresher), great relocation package. I’m joining Facebook in SG in one month time. Also moving from the UK

FB gives a big amount of relocation fee - around 40k SGD if you are moving with family
How much can we expect for SSE roles at Zendesk ?
Why are you moving from UK to SG? I would take FB.
