Facebook account hacked
Friend of mine called me today that his account from Facebook and email was hacked and stolen 8 hs ago probably used same password for both, he was asking how he can recover the Facebook account. He is not in tech and didn't have enabled mobile or two factor auth. Looks like Facebook doesn't have a customer service phone which makes sense, however couldn't find a customer service email address either. Is there a chance he can recover the account, I mean on Facebook are all pictures of him and can easily proof identity if needed, what would be the process to follow?

Facebook auth reply with "Looks like you are using an old password that was changed 8hs ago", He knows the old password, I know is a long shoot and is very dumb not having mobile or two factor auth enabled, however not everyone knows what even that means for folks which have just minimal knowledge in technology. Some Facebook folks with any advice?
