How does Facebook let you know the results of the onsite loop? Phone call or email?
Got a call with negative feedback. HR reads some notes but still helpful.
Assuming the result is positive, so they call with an offer in hand, or does that process take more time?
If the call made the next several days, it's a no-go call most of the time. If u were moved forward you will prolly receive an email from recruiter but not always, then it takes weeks (1-2 at least) to gather final decision and make the offer there u go your offer call
They emailed me asking for references
Was a year back, sent a reject email and dint respond
Beware with their negative feedback, I was told I donβt know how to use my computer - oh. really. π with 9 years experience and +20 product releases? Fortunately I could accept a better offer at $208k base ππ
WTF?!
Apple has 20+ products?
Got a reject email after onsite with no details. Kinda sucks
Yeah thought I did pretty well, not optimized on all leetcode ones but I thought for senior they value systems design more. I was definitely puzzled
This sucks! This should not have been your experience. Your recruiter was being lazy and if i was able to, would escalate this up to HR on your behalf. This person needs to be re-trained. Horrible candidate experience. I always ALWAYS call my candidates to give then the news and will leave them with enough informations to understand where they missed. :(
They call even if you didn't get it
