Been more than one week but haven’t heard anything from recruiter. What is the average turnaround after onsite interviews
?
What's your YOE and what was the interview structure? I just posted on another thread about E4 hiring freeze that may have affected your case.
I would say 1-2 weeks
Yoe - 8
I didn’t know there is a hiring freeze within Facebook
If there was a hiring freeze why would Facebook invest the time and the effort to conduct interviews? The level is already decided before the onsites, then why even call the candidate onsite. I do not understand this
When did you had onsite interview? For general position or specialist?
They got back to me with an offer in two days.
What level was this for? And did you tell them about competing offers to speed things up?
L4. And yes I did
What's your YOE? Which others offers did you use?
3 years. I didn't mention the company name but I told them I have a deadline by xx/xx date.
