Facebook portal plus
Can I use latest Facebook portal plus as a 24/7 security camera? With recording or at least as a live stream option while not at home. Just bought Google Nest Hub Max and don’t like it as it is missing major functionality - no browser and no way to search at YouTube. You can search through voice assistant but it’s crap and very inconvenient. Planning to return it. My main criteria for device: Browser app, YouTube with search, Netflix app, security camera, big clock at the screen while not using device

Does anyone have portal plus? Can it be used as a security camera?
iPad on a dock. It might be overkill, but it’s got other uses and has a longer life and trade in value than these other devices.
