I got a fb recruiter reach out via email. I'm not pursuing due to personal reasons right now, and they actually had an option to be reached out at a later time in the email. Link goes to their recruiting page or something. I checked 6 months but do they actually reach back after that time or do they just want to act like they're actively engaged with potential candidates?
They do reach back when you ask them to.
They’re really good about reaching out and staying in touch. Don’t sweat it. If they don’t reach back out in six months you should.
FB recruiters are good, just keep the email handy when you are ready to interview and reach out directly. Not many are able to crack the interview so recruiters are more than happy to take any past candidates or referrals.
I had a FB recruiter reach out to me a year ago but I wasn’t interested then. Reached out again a few weeks ago and just signed the offer this week. I appreciated that they did follow up but also took my preferences into consideration (remembered that I was only interested in Seattle, not MPK).

What are you actually trying to understand here? If you need to reach out to them, why don't you just ping them?
