Facebook recruiter told me the position is on hold
Facebook recruiter sent an email last stating the interviews went well and my packet has been sent to hiring committee for decision. 2 days after the hiring committee review I got a call stating there was restructure in the group I applied to and the position is on hold. Has this happened to anyone else. Feels like a rejection

That’s s bummer. Take it at face value. They have no reason to make up stories. FB contacts me just about every 6 months since I had my first on-site, even though I didn’t get an offer the first time around.
