Could you please define what “huge” is for you?

Refresher happens once per year. The size of it depends on your position and level. For engineers, it’s something like: Level 4: $80k Level 5: $120k Level 6: $180k These are all for “meets all” expectations. If you exceed expectations you get a 1.5x multiple of this. Greatly exceeds is 2x. Redefines expectations doesnt really have a limit. That means if you’re level 5 and stay there for 3 years meeting expectations every time, your equity stacks up pretty significantly when you’re vesting your initial grant simultaneously with your refreshers.
