Facebook time to communicate the result after follow up behavioral round.

I attended a follow-up behavioral round on Monday this week after my on-site this month. I emailed my recruiter and she said that the decision has not been made, yet. My application is at the director level review stage (I believe it's called candidate review). Does FB take so much time to decide on an application considering that I attended the follow ups as well?

One week is standard for FB. Give it a couple more days.

I'm also in the same boat as you. Only difference is recruiter hasn't even got back to me, when she said it would happen on Friday. Now I have a weekend of misery !

How did the interviews go? And yes, it takes time as it might be borderline

The interview lasted for more than the scheduled time. The best project question went well. I said the work at my current company is not that challenging and my aim was to work for facebook and I prepared for that after work hours. He said you only read study material and did not implement much during last 1 year. At the end he said it was really nice talking to you. The end.

I have already cleared the technical rounds and the result is hinging on behavioral round at the director review stage.

I had a follow up behavioral on Monday as well. Did you have to go onsite for it?
